The enigmatic champion of mind over waves. Bob White and his unique approach to the shortboard invasion shook up the surfing world. Bob started in a garage, then made boards for friends, got into a small shop, eventually producing about sixty boards a week. His ads captured the imagination of surfers from one end of the East Coast to the other.
