On June 21, 2008 Legendary Hawaiian Surfer Fred Hemmings visied the East Coast Surfing Hall of Fame's new location on the third floor of the Cocoa Beach Surf Company.

Fred Hemmings is a World Surfing Champion (1968), a Republican leader, Hawaii State Senaor, legendary big wave rider and environmentalist.
